Job Fair Collaboration with Ministry of Labour (2018)
Successfully organized a large-scale job fair in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour, which attracted over 34,000 job seekers and facilitated job placements for over 3,000 candidates across various industries.

• Dr. Sureshkumar was a speaker at the International Conference on Achieving a Sustainable World of Work through VISION ZERO, held at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, on January 20, 2025. The conference was organized by OSHA Academy, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in India, and IIT New Delhi.

• He was the Keynote Speaker at the 9th International Conference HARMONY 2025 in Pune on January 31, 2025, focusing on Integrating Knowledge for Global Progress. The conference was organized by Gramonnathi Mandal’s Arts, Commerce & Science College, Pune.

• On February 22, 2025, Dr. Sureshkumar delivered the keynote address at the Bangkok International Conference on Global Business and Emerging Challenges in Management, Humanities, Law, Science, and Technology 2025. He presented a paper on “Navigating the Future – Innovative Solutions & Multidisciplinary Approaches to Global Business & Social Challenges”, emphasizing cutting-edge strategies for addressing complex global issues.
Was a Speaker in the 2nd United Nations South Asia Forum on Business & Human Rights on “The Significance of Business &Human Rights Efforts to Focus on Migrant Workers in India in thecoming decade” on 16 Mar 2021.
Was a Guest Speaker in the conference organised by International Organisation for Migration (IOM) & NITI AAYOG (Planning Commission of Govt. of India) on “Impact of COVID-19on Migration – Benchmarking of Good Practices & Preparing for the Future” held at Hotel Taj Palace, New Delhi on Mar 29, 2022 2022 Participated as a Panellist in the Product Launch on “Strengthening data informed migrant centred migration management frameworks in India” organized by International Organization for Migration (IOM), a U N organization for migration & India Centre for Migration (IMC), an Institution for research think-tank to Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India held on 23 Mar 2020
 
Represented India in 4th regional conference-workshop of Alliance of Asian Association of Overseas Employment Service Providers (OESPAAA) at Bangkok in 2016, on “Moving Forward to Sustainable Dialogue and Action Programmed of Ethical Recruitment.” OESPAAA is a network of Overseas Recruitment Agency Associations from 11 Countries in Asia which consists of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, China, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam. Represented India in the Senior Official’s Meeting of Abu Dhabi Dialogue among the Asian Labour Sending and Receiving countries held at Hotel Hilton, Colombo, Sri Lanka from May 08-09, 2018. Was a panelist in the Thematic Session on Future of job in Gulf with Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Amro, Under Secretary for International Labour Affairs, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Jaber Al Ali, Director, International Relations Department, Public Authority of Manpower, Govt. of Kuwait.
 
Represented IPEPCIL for the pre-budget interactive meeting with Mrs. Sushma Swaraj, Hon’ble Minister for External Affairs, Govt. of India for the welfare of job seekers and Recruitment fraternity. Was a Panellist to discuss “Safe and Legal Migration, skilling and upskilling and eradicate the illegal recruitment” meeting Chaired by then External Affairs Minister Smt. Sushma Swaraj, at her office at New Delhi on 20 Dec 2018. Was also the part of the Committee of Stake Holders with Ministry of External Affairs to draft the new Emigration Management Bill 2018. Represented the Federation of Overseas Recruitment Associations of India (FORAI) in the FICCI – MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resource & Emiratization), Government of UAE in the India- UAE Skill Mapping & HR Conference on “Strengthening the partnership between UAE & India – Leveraging the Government of India’s Investment in Skilling” held at Hotel J W Marriot Marquis Dubai in 2018. SPEAKER/PANELIST Was a Panellist in the consultative meeting with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) and NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) in the 11th Global Skill Summit held at New Delhi. Attended the IRIS Training for Labour Recruiters for Ethical Recruitment organized my International Organization forMigration (IOM), a UN Migration Agency from Nov 25 to Nov 26, 2020. Represented Federation of Overseas Recruitment Association of India (FORAI) in the Consultative meeting with FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) & NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) in the 11th Global Skill Summit, 2018 held on September 14-15, 2018 at New Delhi.
 
Was a Speaker in the “Odisha Skill Conclave 2023 – Skilling for the New World” held at Bhubaneswar on 23 April 2023. Was a Speaker in the Singapore International Conference held at National University of Singapore (NUS) on Sustainable Business Growth on Human Resource Management. Dr Sureshkumar Madhusudhanan was a Key Note Speaker in the Kerala International Conference held at the Senate Chamber of Kerala University. He presented a paper on “Navigating Future of Skill Development and Job Creation” Was a Key Note Speaker in the UAE International Conference held at IDM International University, Sharjah. The Topic was: Sustainable Business Growth – Challenges, Measures & Solutions in the Global scenarios. Was a Key Note Speaker in the Bangkok International Conference held at Phranakhon Rajabhat University Bangkok on Sustainable Business Growth on Human Resource Management & Role of Skilling. Was a Key Note Speaker in the 7th International Conference 2024 organized by Gramonnati Mandal’s Arts, Commerce & Science College, Pune on Sustainable practices & Recent Trends in Management Art, Human Resource & Higher Education held at Pune on 29/02/2024.
 
Held the prestigious position of Chairman of 85th Sivagiri Pilgrimage held at Sivagiri, Varkala, Kerala from Dec 24 – Dec 31, 2017 to Jan 01, 2018. It is the prominent and oldest pilgrimage of the state of Kerala, where three million pilgrims had visited, which was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India through Video Conference and had the presence of many Union Ministers, State Ministers, Ministers from other states and many other influential personalities. The pilgrimage was sanctioned by Sree Narayana Guru, the great Saint, philosopher, poet, social reformer of Kerala. The aim of the Pilgrimage is planned to focus attention on eight subjects : (1) Education, (2) Cleanliness, (3) Piety, (4) Organization, (5) Agriculture, (6) Trade & Commerce, (7) Handicrafts & (8) Science & Technology. Experts on these subjects are invited to lecture on these subjects and the pilgrims should listen attentively. Organized seminars on all these subjects and itwas huge success. Organised a Job Fair in association with Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India where 34000 job aspirants attended and 3019 candidates were offered jobs with more than 50 employers participating in the event.
